Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled course start time. Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or through our online booking system. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 5 days of the course start time will be subject to a cancellation fee of £50. This fee covers the time and resources reserved for your appointment. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled course without prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of £150. This policy ensures that our resources are efficiently managed and available for other customers.
